On September 9th, Author Rosaura Torres spoke at the  first annual Hispanic Leadership Summit 2011, held at the Aloft Hotel in Mount Laurel, NJ. The summit was presented by HIPP ( Hispanics Impacting Public Policy). She gave a powerful presentation during the Domestic Violence Workshop.
